A study tool for the ACCA Financial Reporting and Audit and Assurance exams: practice questions, mock exams, progress tracking and AI marking of written answers. It is independent of ACCA. Questions are original and written for this product; marking is done by software, not by ACCA markers, and a mark here is practice feedback, not a prediction of your exam result.
You sign in with your email address and a code we send you. One account per person; do not share it. You are responsible for what is done with your account. You must be 16 or older.
Every account created now gets the full product free for life: all papers, features and marking we offer, including ones added later. We will not ask you for a card. If we ever introduce a price, it applies only to accounts created after the price is announced; accounts created before that stay free for life, subject only to these terms (for example fair use). This promise binds us and anyone who takes over the product.
Use the product as a person studying for an exam. Automated access, scraping, bulk submissions, sharing accounts or reselling what you get from the site are not allowed. We may limit or close an account used that way, after asking you first unless the use is clearly abusive.
The questions, explanations, marking schemes and model answers belong to us. You may use them for your own study. You may not copy, publish or distribute them. Answers you type are yours; you give us permission to store them, mark them and use them in anonymized form to improve the product and to publish aggregate statistics.
We work hard on accuracy and publish our error rates and marker agreement on the numbers page. Mistakes still happen. If you find one, tell us at help@marklinehq.com and we fix it. The product is provided as is, without warranty, and our liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim, which during the pilot is nothing.
You can delete your account from the menu inside the app at any time; it removes your progress and your marked answers. We can end these terms if you break them.
We may update these terms; the date above changes when we do, and material changes are announced by email. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States. Questions: help@marklinehq.com.
